Our office is currently staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Our appraisers are on the road at all times to insure that your property is being appraised in a timely fashion.  Therefore it is understandable that all requests at times will be addressed as soon as possible within 24 hours. Our appraisers travel at a distance at times and therefore cannot be in the office to answer all calls. Our support staff will assist you in all matters possible.

Mr. Cortes owns and operates Cortes & Associates, Inc. located in Endwell, New York.  He has been servicing the Southern Tier since August 1994.  Mr. Cortes maintains the ASA, and IFAS Senior Designation, an award given only to those who distinguish themselves with extensive commercial and analytical experience.  He has been a professional real estate appraiser for over twenty years. Members who possess the ASA and the IFAS designation are considered to be the most qualified real estate professionals in their field.  They are rigorously tested and are proven to be experts in the valuation of residential, commercial and industrial properties. 

 The American Society of Appraisers as well as the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, remains faithful to the idea of high appraisal standards. As such, its members are encouraged to adhere to the highest possible standards through professional designation programs.  These programs recognize the member’s knowledge, training and experience in the field or real estate appraisals and consulting.

 Cortes & Associates, Inc. is a multifaceted real estate appraisal firm that was founded in 1998, located in Upstate New York, we provide a wide range of valuation services to the commercial and residential real estate industry for over twenty counties.  Our clients are a diverse mixture of firms and individuals that include financial institutions; Fortune 500 companies developers, attorneys and many others.
