Due to the numerous inquiries received on a daily basis we are only able to contract with State Certified Appraisers, all appraisers must have their own E&O Insurance in place prior to any assignments assigned

Positions available

Position: Certified Residential Appraiser

Description: Perform unsupervised inspections of 1-4 family properties, and provide a fair market value analysis

Requirements: Must be currently State Certified Residential with three years experience from date of certification. Located within the Upstate New York region.

• Please submit a copy of your E&O coverage, Counties covered, resume, 1-4 family reports.  If Appling for the Commercial Division eMail a copy of a commercial report applying all approaches to value. Anything less will not be accepted or taken into consideration
